ETCS integration
Integration of the ETCS (European Train Control System) is one of the services offered by ČMŽO – elektronika s.r.o. We are installing the ETCS itself into the vehicle as well as homologating the equipment, including registration at the Rail Authority.
Summary of partial activities in the integration of ETCS::
- Analysis of ETCS installation
- Design work and design of integration into the existing electronic system of locomotive connection
- Design work structural design of the installation of elements (modification of locomotive elements, new elements)
- Preparation of a description of the development
- Purchase of materials and production of structural elements
- Own installation of ETCS in the locomotive
- Commissioning of traction vehicles equipped with ETCS
- Testing of traction vehicles equipped with ETCS
- Implementation of:
- TBZ (Technical Safety Test)
- TPaZ (Technical Inspection and Test)
- UTZ – E (Official Technical Test – Electrical)
- UTZ – VZ (Official Technical Test – Air),
- vehicle weighing
- TZ (Official Technical Test) revision
- Approval of the change by the relevant authorities
We have already integrated the ETCS into locomotives of the series - 163, 363, 162WTB, 362WTB, OCPD
