Mechanical production
Another service we offer to our customers is machine production and cooperation activities. The production hall has three welding workplaces. We have a PIERCE plasma cutting machine. We offer cutting of piece, small series and large series. Plasma cutting is suitable for steel plates with dimensions of 1500x3000 mm with a maximum thickness of 80 mm and other materials according to specific criteria. Plasma cutting has many advantages, the most interesting of which are the speed of delivery of products and dimensional and shape accuracy.
Fired semi-finished products can be welded by MIG/MAG and TIG methods according to requirements. The sheets can also be cut, punched and bent. We are also able to cut profiles, round bars and beams. If necessary, we can design 3D models, including drawings, and create DXF files in our design department according to customer requirements.
The production technology also includes a press brake with a maximum bending length of 3700 mm and a maximum pressure of 220 tons, beveling on a beveling machine, welding of carbon, stainless steel and aluminium, and we have experience with weldments weighing more than one ton. We also have the necessary certifications for these tasks.
